Northern and North Central regions: no rain at night, early morning fog and scattered light fog, sunny during the day. Cold at night and morning.

The Central Central region has rain in some places, cold at night and in the morning. Other areas have showers and thunderstorms in some places.

In addition, the meteorological agency forecasts that in the coming days, the North will be affected by two intensified cold spells, with many places experiencing severe cold. The cold spell on the night of January 4-5 will be weak, and will have a stronger impact on January 8-9.

The weather at sea continues to deteriorate due to the impact of a low pressure trough with an axis at about 4-7 degrees North latitude connecting with the low pressure area at 1:00 p.m. on January 4, located at about 4.5-5.5 degrees North latitude; 111.5-112.5 degrees East longitude.
