British tourist thanks Da Bac Commune Police and local people for helping him when he was in trouble (Source: Phu Tho Provincial Police)
Previously, on July 13, while traveling in Da Bac commune, Mr. Daniel Kiran Conway unfortunately dropped his iPhone 13. This is an item containing a lot of important contact information, especially the passport integrated in the phone, which is very necessary for his flight back to Australia in the next two days. Immediately after receiving information from the people, Da Bac commune police quickly took action, isolated the area to verify, coordinated with people to extract cameras in Mo La and Doan Ket sub-areas to search.
Although the darkness made the search difficult, and the loss of his phone meant that Daniel had no identification to rent a room, the commune police officers supported Daniel with a place to sleep and food for the night.
With a high sense of responsibility, after 16 hours of searching, at around 9am on July 14, the commune police found the phone and handed it over to Mr. Daniel. Moved by the enthusiastic help and the recovery of important property, Mr. Daniel Kiran Conway wrote a letter of thanks to the people and the Da Bac commune police.
The sense of responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Da Bac Commune Police not only contributes to maintaining security and order in the area but also builds a friendly and hospitable image of Phu Tho land and people in the hearts of international tourists.
