At the same time, assign Da Nang Parks and Trees Company to preside over, coordinate the organization and management of the 2025 Tet flower market and carry out financial management according to regulations.

The People's Committee requires that the organization of the Tet flower market must ensure publicity, transparency, traffic safety, security and order, environmental sanitation and urban beauty.

Danang Parks and Trees Company is responsible for revenue and expenditure in accordance with regulations, not asking for support from the city budget and other related arising issues.

The 2025 Tet Flower Market will take place from January 19 to 28, 2025 (ie from December 20 to 29, the year of the Dragon), with an estimated 265 lots on the sidewalks of Nai Nam 2, Nai Nam 3 and Doan Khue streets around Tien Son Sports Palace; unit price 4 million VND/lot.

The City People's Committee assigned the Hai Chau District People's Committee to direct the People's Committees of Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Hoa Cuong Nam Ward and functional forces to promptly handle the situation of households encroaching on sidewalks on roads near the Tet flower market area to sell flowers, ornamental plants, street vendors... affecting order, traffic safety and urban beauty.
