Expected content of the 26th session of the People's Council of Quang Tri province, term VIII, 2021

The Provincial People's Council considers and decides on the following contents:

1. Report on socio-economic situation, national defense and security in the first 6 months of 2024 and tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2024;

2. Report on the implementation of the capital allocation plan for basic construction investment in the first 6 months of 2024 and tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2024;

3. Report on the implementation of the state budget revenue estimates in the locality, local budget expenditures in the first 6 months of 2024 and tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2024;

4. Report of the Provincial People's Committee on reviewing the direction and operation work in the first 6 months of 2024;

5. Report of the Provincial People's Committee on anti-corruption work; on crime and law violation prevention work; on handling complaints, denunciations and receiving citizens in the first 6 months of 2024;

6. Report of the Provincial People's Committee on handling voters' opinions and recommendations sent to the 21st session;

7. Report of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the Constitution and legal documents of superior state agencies and resolutions of the Provincial People's Council in the first 6 months of 2024;

8. Report on the first 6 months of the year and the work program for the last 6 months of 2024 of the Provincial People's Court;

9. Report on the first 6 months of the year and the work program for the last 6 months of 2024 of the Provincial People's Procuracy;

10. Report on the first 6 months of the year, work program for the last 6 months of 2024 of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department;

11. Notice of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on the work of participating in government building in the first 6 months of 2024;

12. Report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' opinions and recommendations sent to the 21st session;

13. Report on the results of the 2023 supervision work of the Provincial People's Council;

19. Resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 using local budget capital;

20. Resolution on adjusting the 2024 public investment plan using local budget capital (if any);

21. Resolution approving the adjustment of investment policy for the Basic Infrastructure Project for Comprehensive Development of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri Provinces - Quang Tri Province Sub-project;

22. Resolution approving the adjustment of investment policy for the coastal road project, section through Cua Tung and Cua Viet bridges;

23. Resolution approving the adjustment of investment policy for the Ba Ho - Ban Chua Irrigation System project;

24. Resolution approving the adjustment of investment policy for the project of the Road connecting Quang Tri Airport with National Highway 1;

25. Resolution on supplementing the 2024 revenue and expenditure estimates for non-refundable aid from state budget revenue sources;

26. Resolution on adjusting the investment policy for the project of Leveling the ground and essential technical infrastructure in the central area of La Lay International Border Gate (phase 2);

27. Resolution on approving the list of projects requiring land recovery, projects using rice-growing land, protective forest land, and special-use forest land for other purposes;

28. Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 94/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council on land measurement, registration, issuance of land use right certificates, construction of land database and regular adjustment of changes in cadastral records at district level for the period 2023 - 2025;

29. Resolution on converting forest use to other purposes to implement investment projects in the province;

30. Resolution amending and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 161/2021/NQHDND, Resolution No. 162/2021/NQ-HDND, Resolution No. 69/2022/NQ-HDND and Resolution No. 99/2022/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Quang Tri province";

31. Resolution on the approval of the Urban Architecture Management Regulations of Quang Tri town;

32. Resolution stipulating the support level for independent, private preschools and teachers working at independent, private preschools in areas with industrial parks; subsidies for children studying at independent, private preschools who are children of workers and laborers working in industrial parks;

33. Resolution stipulating the content and expenditure levels for implementing the Project "Building a learning society for the period 2021 - 2030" in Quang Tri province;

34. Resolution regulating the level of expenditure for Bui Duc Tai Award in Quang Tri province;

35. Resolution approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the project to eliminate temporary classrooms and borrowed classrooms, renovate and upgrade boarding and semi-boarding schools for ethnic minorities in the province and build Huong Hoa High School, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province;

36. Resolution approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the project of Preserving, embellishing and upgrading key revolutionary historical relics of Quang Tri province (component project of General Secretary Le Duan Memorial Site; Quang Tri Ancient Citadel Museum; Vinh Moc Tunnels Relic Site);

37. Resolution regulating the collection levels, collection mechanism, and management of tuition fees for public educational institutions from the 2024-2025 school year in Quang Tri province;

38. Resolution on the Project to strengthen provincial-level professional staff to support lower-level hospitals in medical examination and treatment in Quang Tri province from 2024 to 2030;

39. Resolution on amending and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 23/2022/NQHDND dated May 31, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council on principles, criteria, and norms for allocating central budget capital and the proportion of counterpart capital of local budgets to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction, period 2021 - 2025 in Quang Tri province";

40. Resolution amending and supplementing a number of contents stipulated in Clause 3, Article 1, Resolution No. 22/2022/NQ-HDND dated May 31, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating principles, criteria, and norms for allocating medium-term and annual state budget sources to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas, 2021-2030 period, Phase I from 2021 to 2025 in Quang Tri province;

41. Resolution stipulating the regime and policies to support forces fighting against drugs in Quang Tri province;

42. Resolution on promulgating regulations on expenditure tasks for implementing the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units and support levels for each district and commune-level administrative unit implementing the arrangement;

43. Resolution approving the investment policy for the project of building a communal police headquarters in Quang Tri province (phase 2);

44. Report on the inspection of the provincial People's Council committees.
