Duc Phuc: 'My Tam is the one who guides me'

After winning the international music competition Intervision 2025, Duc Phuc continued to make his mark when appearing on HELLO! Russi, one of the prestigious entertainment magazines in the global HELLO! system.

According to the official website of HELLO! Russia, the early November issue published an article and photos about Duc Phuc - the man who just brought victory to Vietnam at Intervision 2025.

In an interview with the magazine, he emphasized: "Every victory has its own meaning to me." Duc Phuc said that winning at Intervision is not only a personal achievement, but also an opportunity to represent Vietnamese music on the international stage, continuing the steps that started from the Voice of Vietnam contest 10 years ago.

Duc Phuc shared that the preparation process for Intervision 2025 was full of challenges, especially when he chose the performance Phu Dong Thien Vuong, which combines Vietnamese folk elements and modern style to create a unique mark, both reflecting the identity of his homeland and reaching international audiences.

When asked: "Who is the greatest teacher in music and life?", Duc Phuc replied: "Definitely singer My Tam, who mentored me at the Voice of Vietnam program and was also my idol since childhood. She taught me confidence, performance skills and respect for the audience. From her, I learned professionalism, discipline and inner humility."

Duc Phuc also talked about inspiration and motivation: "Family and fans are the biggest inspiration, their love and support give me strength every day."

He said the support of domestic and international audiences helped him confidently step onto big stages, overcoming pressure and expectations.

When asked if music is everything in life at the age of 29 or if he wants to try another field, Duc Phuc shared:

"Music is my breath, I cannot imagine life without it. I want to develop my composing ability and practice my musical skills. Besides, I also participate in charity projects in Vietnam. I not only want to contribute to music but also hope to do good things for the community."

On social media, Duc Phuc posted his image on the cover of HELLO! Russia, sharing: "Very proud to appear on a prestigious Russian publication", creating a positive media effect for Vietnamese music.

He also shared his future plans: in the next 5 years, he plans to release his debut album and tour Russia to meet the audience directly. This is not only a personal goal but also an opportunity to bring Vietnamese music closer to the international audience.
