Duc Trong: Support People to contribute ideas to amend and supplement the Constitution via VNeID application

Police forces of communes and towns guide people to study and contribute ideas to the draft Constitution on the VNeID application.

Accordingly, in recent days, the police force in communes and towns in Duc Trong district has actively deployed with many diverse and extensive forms of propaganda. With the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, mobilizing every person", police officers and soldiers have contacted and worked with religious dignitaries, deployed to schools, villages, and residential groups to guide people to study and participate in giving opinions on the Draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution on the VNeID application.

This activity not only aims to perfect the Constitution in a scientific and practical way, but is also an opportunity to mobilize the intelligence and enthusiasm of all classes of people. The application of technology in collecting opinions contributes to promoting democracy, improving the quality of law-making and the effectiveness of State management. Thereby, the right to participate in law-making of citizens in the district is guaranteed, contributing to the implementation of the prescribed progress.

To facilitate the people, Duc Trong District Police have also widely disseminated the steps to provide comments on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application using a level 2 electronic identification account.

People can follow these simple steps:

- Step 1: Log in to the VNeID application or access the website https://vneid.gov.vn with an active level 2 identification account.

- Step 2: Select the utility "Get public opinion on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment".

- Step 3: Read the Draft, study the revised and supplemented content.

- Step 4: Enter your comments and submit information to the system.
