Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneer Entering a New Era" and "Strengthening the assessment, identification of hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace" .

To make Workers' Month truly meaningful, the Duy Xuyen District Labor Federation requires workers, civil servants, and laborers to promote their intelligence, responsibility, innovation, creativity, and constantly strive; voluntarily study, improve their education and professional skills to adapt to the technological revolution of innovation and digital transformation; work with a high sense of discipline, better productivity and quality, and actively participate in ensuring occupational safety and hygiene.

In particular, focus on organizing practical and key activities such as dialogue, listening to workers' thoughts and aspirations, promptly resolving workers' difficulties; continue to review and implement union welfare programs, and provide periodic health check-ups for workers.

On the other hand, review, supplement and complete regulations, procedures and technical measures for labor safety in departments and workshops; organize visits and encourage victims and their families of work-related accidents and occupational diseases.

On this occasion, the Quang Nam Provincial Federation of Labor and the Duy Xuyen District Federation of Labor presented gifts, "Union Shelter" to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and serious illnesses with a total value of nearly 200 million VND.

Accordingly, the Quang Nam Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 47 gifts, each worth 1 million VND; the Duy Xuyen District Federation of Labor awarded 157 gifts, each worth 700,000 VND, and donated 1 "Union Shelter" house worth 40 million VND.
