The 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2024-2029, is scheduled to take place on July 13 and 14, 2024.
The draft Political Report submitted to the Congress was developed with the theme: "Promoting the core political role, building the great national unity bloc, practicing democracy, strengthening social consensus, for the goal of building Thanh Hoa into a rich, beautiful and civilized province".

The draft Political Report consists of 2 parts. Part 1: Assessing the situation of the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing the action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province for the 2019-2024 term; analyzing limitations and weaknesses; causes of limitations and weaknesses, and drawing 5 lessons.
Part 2 is the direction, goals, tasks and action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2024-2029. It sets out annual targets and targets until the end of the term; major tasks and solutions and main tasks and solutions...

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed ideas to complete the Political Report to be submitted to the Congress. Discussions focused on clarifying the Congress theme; evaluating the results achieved, limitations, weaknesses, causes and lessons learned in the 2019-2024 term; goals, programs and solutions for the next term; and at the same time, proposing adjustments to some specific tasks in the Congress's proposed program to ensure rationality and scientificity .

Concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lai The Nguyen highly appreciated the preparation and direction of the Fatherland Front Congress from the commune to district levels for the 2024-2029 term by the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
The organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress from the commune to the district level was on schedule, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and excitement, continuing to promote the strength of the entire people in building and defending the Fatherland.

Along with that, the Party committees and authorities at all levels have paid attention to leadership and direction, creating favorable conditions for the organization of the Congress. Through the Congress, the position and prestige of the Front organizations in each locality have been enhanced; not only has the organizational structure been perfected, but the direction of the Front's activities has been determined, in accordance with local conditions, practical situations and development orientations of the province.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also highly appreciated the preparation work of the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa Province, term 2024-2029. In particular, the Political Report, Review Report submitted to the Congress; and the draft Resolution of the Congress were carefully and meticulously prepared.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee agreed with the theme of the Congress: "Promoting the core political role, building the great national unity bloc, practicing democracy, strengthening social consensus, for the goal of building Thanh Hoa into a rich, beautiful and civilized province"; at the same time, giving specific opinions on the Congress program, political report to be submitted to the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2024-2029.
Commenting on the situation of the great national unity bloc, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that it is necessary to further evaluate the promotion of the strength of the great national unity bloc, the high consensus in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, patriotic emulation movements, and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, which have made important contributions to the successful implementation of the province's socio -economic development goals and tasks in the 2019-2024 period.
Affirming the new point of Thanh Hoa, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that it is necessary to further evaluate the work of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee in coordination with the Thanh Hoa Bishopric and localities in mobilizing people living on the river to move ashore to stabilize their lives; mobilizing social resources to build Great Solidarity houses for poor people living on the river.
Regarding promoting the spirit of creativity and self-management of the People, implementing campaigns and emulation movements, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested further evaluating the coordination between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Red Cross Society in organizing humanitarian, charitable, social security and blood donation activities.
Regarding the general direction of the draft report, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed to revise it as: “The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province continues to promote its core political role; improve the effectiveness of propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of people from all walks of life; practice democracy, represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; promote and improve the quality of social supervision and criticism activities; actively participate in Party building and building a clean and strong government; continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on residential areas, enhancing the role and responsibility of member organizations and the Advisory Council to meet the requirements of the new situation; encourage people from all walks of life to continue to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, contributing to building Thanh Hoa into a rich, beautiful, and civilized province”.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the general goal and suggested that the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee carefully consider the specific targets of the Congress to be close and feasible during the implementation process.
He requested the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to fully absorb the valid opinions of the provincial leaders and leaders of the committees at the conference to complete the Political Report. At the same time, carry out the steps of the Congress personnel process to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee according to the regulations on personnel work.
