According to the decision, EVN is allowed to lease more than 208 thousand square meters of land to implement the Tri An Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The form of land lease is for the state to collect annual fees.

The project is invested by EVN, belongs to Group A projects, has a total investment of more than 3.9 trillion VND, including 2 units with a capacity of 200MW.
