F88 is about to trade shares on Upcom

On the afternoon of May 6, F88 Investment Joint Stock Company announced that it had just received an official dispatch from the State Securities Commission confirming that it meets the conditions of being a public company according to the provisions of the Securities Law.

According to regulations, within 30 days from the time the State Securities Commission confirms the completion of the public company registration, the enterprise will trade on the UPCOM floor. With this approval, F88 will become the first company operating in the alternative finance sector specializing in providing financial services to ordinary customers to be listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange. Alternative finance is financial channels and tools developed outside the traditional financial system such as banks and financial companies.

"Becoming a public company is an important milestone in the company's development roadmap, moving towards registering for trading on the UPCOM exchange in the near future. This is also a solid foundation for F88 to realize its plan to list on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) in the future, bringing sustainable value to ordinary customers and shareholders" - said Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of F88.

F88 is officially a public company under the provisions of the Securities Law.

F88's core business focuses on providing comprehensive financial services including loans, insurance and banking services to customers who have difficulty accessing traditional financial services.

After 12 years of operation, F88 has developed and expanded to nearly 900 stores nationwide. F88's main customers are those who are not eligible to access traditional banking services, financial companies, and the mass segment.

The company's first quarter 2025 financial report recorded a disbursement of VND3,284 billion, an increase of 25% over the same period. Revenue in the first quarter and pre-tax profit increased by 21.5% and 204.1% respectively over the same period last year.

This year, the company aims to increase revenue by over 40%, and increase the total number of customers served by over 30%.
