FinTech Singapore 2025: Exploring Technology for the Next Decade of Finance

This year's festival is of particular interest as it marks the 10th anniversary of FinTech's birth and its emergence as a global platform for innovation in the financial technology sector.

According to a VNA reporter in Singapore, from November 12-14, the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) took place at the Singapore EXPO convention and exhibition center, gathering attendees from all over the world .

This year's festival is of particular interest as it marks the 10th anniversary of FinTech's birth and its emergence as a global platform for innovation in the financial technology sector.

Through more than 40 international pavilions across six exhibition halls, SFF 2025 promotes collaboration and dialogue in finance, policy and technology, fostering innovation and developing an open, connected and inclusive financial ecosystem.

Themed “Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance”, SFF 2025 highlights how emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), data encryption and quantum technologies are reshaping global finance and opening up new opportunities for sustainable and inclusive growth across emerging markets and the Global South.

Over 800 speakers across 400+ sessions covering topics such as the next frontier of AI, crypto, payment assets, quantum, financial inclusion, highlighting disruptive technologies and trends set to shape the next decade of global finance.

For example, on November 12, Visa, the world leader in digital payments, announced significant strides in expanding Visa Intelligent Commerce across Asia -Pacific , propelling the region into agent commerce, a new era where AI-powered agents shop and pay on behalf of consumers.

Visa has also rolled out its Visa Scan to Pay solution for QR payments, significantly expanding payment acceptance across Asia- Pacific .

Celebrating a decade of FinTech development, SFF 2025 also introduces new initiatives, such as the SFF 10th Anniversary exhibition to inspire attendees to envision the next 10 years of transformation, Time Capsule (a collective view of the future of FinTech), Next Generation Leadership program…

The 10th edition of SFF also allows visitors to explore practical applications of cutting-edge technology, immersive experiences, including a new video game initiative supported by Ant International's Antom.
