Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023: Gathering more than 100 international brands from 19 countries and territories

From November 21-23, 2023, in Hanoi , Informa Markets Vietnam Company officially opened the second International Exhibition on Food, Beverages, Bakery Equipment, Restaurants, Hotels and Service Supply - Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 at ICE Hanoi International Exhibition Center, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi . Accompanying the vibrant development of the Northern market, Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 will welcome 113 exhibitors from 19 countries and territories, including the participation of 12 international pavilions. With a large exhibition area of up to 6,000 m2, the program is expected to attract more than 6,500+ professional visitors.

The event aims to promote trade, creating a bridge for international brands to approach importers, distributors, retailers and food and accommodation service businesses in Vietnam. Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 not only accompanies the F&B, restaurant and hotel industry community in our country as a destination to update the latest information and trends in the industry, but also a place to honor and nurture young talents in the culinary and bartending industry.

The series of activities will open with the 2nd Hanoi Talent Chef Competition , jointly organized by Informa Market and Song Hoa Company , with famous chefs from all over the world. The competition is certified by the UNESCO Center for Vietnamese Culinary Culture and sponsored by the Vietnam Chefs Association, the World Master Chefs Association in Vietnam and the Nam Dinh Culinary Culture Association (NDCCA). The program creates a platform for Vietnamese and international culinary talents to exchange experiences and share professional skills in the profession. Through the competition, the Organizing Committee hopes to create a premise to improve the standards of the culinary industry in Vietnam and other countries in the Asia region. This year, the 2nd Hanoi Talent Chef Competition stands out with many individual competitions revolving around the themes of traditional Vietnamese and Chinese hot dishes; processing fish, Alaskan seafood, poultry; BBQ; pasta; desserts; tarts; or skillful and skillful performances of decorating cakes, Christmas cakes and vegetable carvings. In addition, the Traditional Pizza and Creative Pizza categories will also take place, with many beautiful performances from talented chefs and culinary students. With excitement and excitement, two competitions - Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) will take place. This is the first time the two competitions are held at Food & Hotel Hanoi , in collaboration between Informa Markets and Barista School . Vietnam Barista Competition has a vision of creating the most professional platform for bartenders across the country, creating conditions for contestants to freely demonstrate their expertise and passion. Here, contestants will demonstrate their skills through cups of espresso, milk drinks and creative drinks. Along with Vietnam Barista Competition , Vietnam Aromaster Championship - a coffee tasting competition will take place. This is a completely new playground for the coffee community, from roasters to professional baristas. Sponsored by the Global Aroma Research Institute, the competition aims to find individuals with outstanding coffee sensory skills. Contestants will demonstrate their ability to “read” coffee through a dictionary of coffee flavors condensed in liquid form. With the participation of prestigious judges in the coffee industry from all over the world, Vietnam Barista Competition and Vietnam Aromaster Championship will certainly be a useful playground, attracting audiences with many eye-catching and thrilling performances.
