What's new in the Ford Ranger Stormtrak that will be sold in Vietnam?

At the BIMS 2023 exhibition taking place in Thailand, Ford marked an important milestone for the Ranger pickup line when launching the all-new Stormtrak version. In the Ranger product portfolio in Thailand, the Stormtrak version is positioned higher than the Wildtrak, but still below the Raptor. This will be the choice for those who love the full-option Ranger with more features than the previous Wildtrak version. The new generation Ranger Stormtrak has a tough appearance both inside and out, with unique stickers showing the difference from the rest.

The car on display at the show is Sedona Orange. This is a body paint option that costs 10,000 baht (about 7 million VND) more than the other 3 common colors including Arctic White, Meteor Grey and Absolute Black. The new grille is more aggressive, H-shaped, and glossy black. The horizontal bar runs through the logo of this company to install an auxiliary lighting system to improve visibility in all weather conditions and increase safety when driving at night. The vehicle is equipped with an exclusive 20-inch alloy wheel set, with a 6-spoke design, painted in matte black Asphalt Black and one of which is in a striking Race Red color. A special detail on the Ranger Stormtrak 2023 is the Flexible Rack System. Including a roof rack and a sliding rack that can move along the length of the box, allowing large objects to be tied depending on the situation without having to install an additional fixed high box cover. In the default position, the sliding rack acts as a decorative sports bar. When needed, the user can adjust it up and down to five other positions with just one hand. The cargo box of the Ranger Stormtrak 2023 is also pre-installed with a high-quality low roll-up box cover, so buyers do not need to spend time installing it externally. The cabin is designed in a sporty style with high-quality black Miko synthetic leather seats and Race Red thread, with the signature Stormtrak lettering on the back of the seat. In Thailand, the 2023 Ranger Stormtrak is equipped with a 2.0L Bi-Turbo diesel engine and has 2 drive options: 4×2 or 4×4. Comes with a 10-speed e-Shifter automatic transmission, the 2023 Ranger Stormtrak also has the Active Park Assist automatic parking assist feature like the new generation Ranger Raptor. The car is also fully equipped with modern technologies such as adaptive cruise control or 360-degree camera... Currently, the selling price of this version is 1,264,000 baht equivalent to 865 million VND and 1,399,000 baht equivalent to 955 million VND. Notably, this Ford Ranger Stormtrak pickup truck model is available in Vietnam and is in the inspection stage waiting for the official launch date.
