Ford Philippines has officially held a global model launch ceremony for the new 2026 Territory Hybrid, marking the Philippines as the first market in the world to receive the hybrid version of the C-segment crossover. The 2026 Ford Territory Hybrid also has a new design with a monolithic LED headlight cluster, integrated daytime running lights and a "follow-me-home" feature, and some body details have a hybrid logo added.
The exterior of the C-size SUV - Ford Territory Hybrid 2026 also has a new grille, a refined front bumper and LED taillights that stretch across the entire width. Overall dimensions are 4,685 x 1,935 x 1,706 mm in length x width x height, with a ground clearance of 185 mm and a wheelbase of 2,726 mm. Wheels come in two options: 18 inches (Trend) or 19 inches (Titanium X). The interior has not changed much compared to the petrol version, continuing the minimalist style. The center console is a 12-inch touchscreen, supporting Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay. This screen also has a hybrid system status monitoring interface. Standard equipment includes: dual-zone climate control, rear air vents, leather upholstery, 60:40 split-folding rear seats and Arkamys audio system. Sound insulation is improved thanks to the noise-cancelling front windshield.
The Titanium X version has an additional 12-inch digital clock cluster (the Trend version uses a 7-inch type), electric driver's seat, wireless charging, 27W USB-C charging port for the rear seats and hands-free opening/closing trunk. The standard driver assistance technology package on the Titanium X includes: adaptive cruise control, stop and start assist, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert, automatic high beams, collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and lane keeping. The Territory Hybrid uses a power-split hybrid powertrain, different from the previously rumored Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) version. The car is equipped with a 1.5L turbocharged gasoline engine operating on the Miller cycle, producing 150 PS and 230 Nm of torque. The system also includes an electric motor with a capacity of 218 PS, 315 Nm of torque, using a 1.83 kWh lithium nickel cobalt manganese battery.
Instead of a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, the Territory Hybrid uses a dedicated 2-speed hybrid transmission (DHT), allowing flexible switching between operating modes such as electric (EV), series (Series), parallel (Parallel) and energy regeneration. According to the manufacturer's announcement, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.5 seconds. Ford equips the Territory Hybrid with three driving modes (Eco, Normal, Sport) and three corresponding power steering modes, allowing users to adjust to suit operating conditions. The 2026 Ford Territory Hybrid is priced in the Philippines from PHP 1,399,000 (equivalent to VND 645 million) for the Trend version and PHP 1,599,000 (VND 737 million) for the Titanium X version. The car has 5 color options: Blue Panther, Crystal Pearl White, Oasis Green, Panther Black and Star White.
