FPT Long Chau: From pharmacy to digital healthcare ecosystem

At the Forum 'Innovation in the Healthcare Sector 2025' held on June 6, FPT Long Chau was assessed by experts as one of the typical models of pharmaceutical retail chains in the digital and data era.

As the “first point of access to healthcare ” in the community, Long Chau Pharmacy is striving to become a bridge between people and the national healthcare system. At the same time, the enterprise focuses on integrating data into the national digital healthcare ecosystem, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety, and confidentiality, while contributing to improving the effectiveness of treatment and public health management.

Through its extensive network and convenient search tools, Long Chau helps people access authentic and reliable medical information.

Previously, FPT Long Chau was proud to be the first pharmacy chain in Vietnam to integrate electronic identification via VNeID, after fully meeting the strict requirements on technical infrastructure and information security from Department C06 - Ministry of Public Security . This successful connection not only marks an important step forward for Long Chau, but also creates a premise, establishing a connection standard for other pharmacy chains nationwide to quickly integrate into the VNeID system when required. This is also an important step towards the goal of each person owning an electronic health book, storing all information related to the treatment process, medication history, supporting medical forces in diagnosing, monitoring and treating more effectively.

The Healthcare Innovation Forum 2025 is a dialogue forum between policy makers, management agencies, domestic and foreign experts, pharmaceutical enterprises, technology enterprises, medical examination and treatment facilities, etc. to find the most effective solutions for people's healthcare to meet development requirements in the new era.
