Nearly 100% of administrative procedures at the provincial and commune levels have been digitized by the end of September 2025, demonstrating a strong step forward in administrative reform. Synchronized digitization helps save time, costs, and increases transparency, serving people and businesses more conveniently.

As of September 30, 2025, the digitization rate of administrative procedure records at the provincial and commune levels reached nearly 100%. The digitization rate of administrative procedure settlement results reached over 90% at the provincial level and nearly 97% at the commune level. This shows the efforts of all levels, sectors and localities in the province in modernizing processes and improving service efficiency for people and businesses. Comprehensive digitization not only helps save time and costs but also contributes to building a transparent and open administration. To date, the whole province has integrated and provided nearly 850/2,150 full-process online public services and more than 1,300/2,150 partial online public services on the National Public Service Portal and Public Service Portals of ministries and branches. Departments, branches and localities are continuing to review, reduce and simplify administrative procedures associated with completing digital infrastructure, contributing to improving the quality of public service provision today./.
