Nearly 110,000 copies of the 14th Congress supplement were delivered nationwide by Vietnam Post.

Pursuant to Document No. 18272-CV dated October 14, 2025 of the Party Central Office on the publication of the special supplement by Nhan Dan newspaper "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" (24 pages), Vietnam Post Corporation has organized the distribution of nearly 110,000 copies of this special supplement to readers nationwide.

Since the night of October 15, Vietnam Post has simultaneously organized exploitation and transportation to promptly deliver the first batch of supplements along with the issue of Nhan Dan Newspaper published on October 16, 2025 to readers nationwide. All publications were promptly received, coordinated by units, ensuring the fastest, safest and on-time delivery.

Each supplement delivered to readers is the result of the sense of responsibility, discipline and dedication of the Post Office's staff, contributing to bringing the Party's official information to the people in a complete, reliable and timely manner.

According to the plan, the second phase of the supplement will be implemented by Vietnam Post in coordination with Nhan Dan newspaper at 7,146 post offices and communes nationwide. The publications will be displayed solemnly and carefully preserved to serve cadres, party members and people to study and discuss the content of the draft documents until the 14th National Congress of the Party. Vietnam Post will arrange adequate facilities and convenient service hours for people to easily access and learn about the content of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party published in the supplement of Nhan Dan newspaper.

In addition to the regular press delivery task, Vietnam Post always identifies the implementation of the political tasks of the Party and State as its top priority. With more than 13,000 service points covering from the plains to the mountains, borders and islands, Vietnam Post plays a pivotal role in the public postal network, ensuring the smooth flow of information and official press publications to every residential area, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the Party.
