Nearly 300 children completed the 2025 summer life skills training class

(DN) - On the morning of August 8, Dong Nai Children's House held the closing ceremony of the 2025 summer life skills training class.

Mr. Truong Hai Thi, Director of Dong Nai Children's House, said: In the summer of 2025, Dong Nai Children's House recruited 9 summer life skills classes with a total of 286 children. During the time of practicing life skills at Dong Nai Children's House, children learn about gifted subjects and life skills topics.

In particular, Dong Nai Children's House organizes a number of activities to help children practice self-service skills, self-study, English, communication, group activities... Organizing for children to participate in many on-site and extracurricular activities suitable for their age.

Specifically, children can visit Dong Nai Museum; visit and give gifts to policy families; visit and experience Buu Long Tourist Area, Son Tien Tourist Area; watch movies at the theater; go shopping; visit farms, participate in craft programs... to help them practice life skills.

At the same time, strengthen coordination with units to organize the following topics: Fun summer English learning, logical thinking, creativity and problem solving; prevention of drowning and injuries; prevention and handling of some common accidents in children; prevention of child abuse; and propaganda of laws on school violence.

In particular, participating in this year's summer life skills training class, children can also visit and experience the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robot Technology at Dong Nai University of Technology and participate in the STEM - Robotic course according to the weekly schedule.
