Saturday, April 22, 2023 17:16 (GMT+7)TTH.VN - On the afternoon of April 22, Quang Tri Newspaper organized the 10th Conference of Party Newspapers of provinces and cities in the Central Highlands - Central region (round IV) with the theme: "Party Newspaper with propaganda to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation".
The workshop was attended by nearly 400 delegates from 42 Party press delegations from provinces and cities and central and local delegates from across the country. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Dinh Nhu Hoan; Deputy Head of the Press and Publishing Department of the Central Propaganda Department attended the workshop. Editor-in-Chief of Thua Thien Hue Newspaper Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh attended the workshop and delivered a speech on the topic: "Thua Thien Hue Newspaper with the propaganda to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation".
At the workshop, in addition to highlighting the achievements of Quang Tri Newspaper, Party newspapers in the Central Highlands and Central Vietnam directly presented papers focusing on proposals, recommendations, and solutions for local Party newspapers in the region to better perform their assigned duties and tasks; in which, emphasizing the propaganda to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation.
Previously, nearly 400 delegates attending the 10th Conference of Party Newspapers of provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highlands regions (round IV) held a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at Quang Tri Ancient Citadel and historical sites in the area.
On this occasion, newspapers in the Central Highlands region contributed 100 million VND to support and build a "House of Gratitude" for Mr. Tran Van De, residing in Nhat Le village, Cam Thuy commune, Cam Lo district (Quang Tri).
