The relic site is located in a dangerous location, so phone and Internet signals are limited, and human resources are thin, making management difficult," informed the leader of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center.
Hai Van Quan relic is located on Hai Van mountain, built during the reign of King Minh Mang 7 (1826) at an altitude of 496 meters above sea level. This is not only a famous historical site, known as "Thien ha de nhat hung quan" but also a place to witness heroic feats in the nation's construction and defense.
