According to the reporter's research, the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater was designed by architects Ngo Trung Hai, Tran Hoang Hai Nam, and Tran Anh Son. The Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater, invested by the Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board, was built in 2016 on a land area of 19,400 m2 and completed in 2020, with a total investment of more than 241 billion.

Regarding the interior items in the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater, all products used are from Dong Ky craft village. The total budget for this item is 6.3 billion VND with 341 chairs (including 18 large chairs, 323 small chairs), 185 tables (including 176 small tables and 9 large tables). Speaking to Tien Phong reporter, a leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province said: Before building the Quan Ho folk song theater, Bac Ninh province organized a design competition. After the selection was completed, Bac Ninh province started construction.

According to the regulations, after construction is completed, the works that are completed and put into use will be judged and now the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater has the results.

According to the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province, in recent years, the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theatre has been used well and exploited effectively. Every month, the theatre still welcomes tourists and locals to listen to and introduce Bac Ninh Quan Ho.

"Praise and criticism of the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater is their business, but the Quan Ho tradition is to sit and listen while offering betel, so the design must be appropriate, not like a theater where people sit and squeeze together. The imported wood (for chairs) belongs to the production facility and the price is the business of the investor bidding according to the law," said the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
