Thuy Xuan Ward - the first locality in Hue City to issue new Land Use Right Certificates

On July 18, Mr. Tran Son, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuy Xuan Ward (Hue City) said that the ward has just completed the issuance and handover of new land use rights certificates and land-attached assets to the first household in the area, since the two-level local government model officially operated from July 1.

The first ward in Hue City to issue new land use right certificates

The household of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang and Mrs. Ngo Thi My An (residing in Lich Doi resettlement area, Thuy Xuan ward) was the first household to receive the certificate. Mr. Thang's family's file was transferred to the ward by Thuan Hoa district (old) at the right time of the model conversion. After receiving it, the ward People's Committee reviewed, carefully assessed and completed the issuance of the certificate on July 15.

Thuy Xuan Ward was established on the basis of merging the administrative boundaries of Thuy Xuan, Thuy Bang and Thuy Bieu wards. Since its inception, the ward government has regularly directed specialized departments to carry out administrative procedures on time, transparently, friendly and with people as the center of service.
