Update on the latest coffee prices today, May 28, 2025 in the domestic market, coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces such as Dak Lak , Lam Dong, Gia Lai and Dak Nong all recorded significant increases compared to the previous day. Specifically:
In Dak Lak: Coffee price increased by 1,200 VND, to 123,700 VND/kg.
In Lam Dong : Coffee price increased by 1,200 VND, up to 123,200 VND/kg.
In Gia Lai : Coffee price increased by 1,200 VND, up to 123,700 VND/kg.
In Dak Nong: Coffee prices increased the most, up 1,400 VND, to 123,900 VND/kg.
The upward trend in coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces shows that market demand remains high, especially after the recent April 30 - May 1 holiday. Producers and traders are holding limited supplies, thereby pushing up coffee prices. This also reflects the recovery of the Vietnamese coffee industry after the recent impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
With the current price increase, coffee growers in the Central Highlands can expect a bumper crop and higher profits. However, producers also need to closely monitor weather developments and supply and demand to have appropriate business strategies.
