Pig price today June 2: Fluctuating between 67,000 - 76,000...

Today's live pig price increased slightly in the North and Central regions, and temporarily stagnated in the South. Currently, live pigs nationwide are bought and sold at a difference of about 67,000 - 76,000 VND/kg.

In the North

A survey in the Northern region on the morning of June 2 recorded a slight increase in live pig prices of VND 1,000/kg in Nam Dinh , reaching VND 68,000/kg.

Live pigs in the remaining localities continue to remain stable. Currently, traders in this area buy live pigs at prices ranging from 67,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.

The price of live pigs in the Central Highlands also increased slightly in Thanh Hoa, reaching 69,000 VND/kg. The remaining provinces kept the price of live pigs stable this morning.

Live pigs in this area are being sold at around 67,000 - 74,000 VND/kg. Of which, the highest price in the region is 74,000 VND/kg recorded in the two provinces of Lam Dong and Binh Thuan .

In the Southern region

Meanwhile, the southern pig market was quiet this morning. Accordingly, pigs in the southern localities were traded at prices ranging from 73,000 - 76,000 VND/kg.

This is also the area with the highest pork price in the country, with 76,000 VND/kg recorded in Long An province.
