Gia Lai: Training production and business capacity for cooperative management staff

(GLO)- On June 3, the Gia Lai Province Cooperative Alliance in collaboration with the Southern Vocational College and Cooperative Cadre Training School opened a training course on "Guidelines for improving production and business efficiency in cooperatives".

The training course was attended by 55 trainees from cooperatives in ethnic minority areas in the province.

During the 3-day course (from June 3 to 5), the trainees were taught by lecturers from the Southern Vocational College and Cooperative Cadre Training School about improving production and business efficiency in cooperatives; introducing support policies on human resource development, information, market; support policies on application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, etc.

Through the training course, the cooperatives in ethnic minority areas are supported with useful solutions to improve their operational capacity to establish and implement business plans, helping cooperatives operate stably and effectively, thereby supporting socio -economic development for ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
