On the afternoon of June 4, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and the Politburo's working group had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

At the working session, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee - presented a summary report on the implementation results of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in the locality.

The Standing Member of the Secretariat emphasized that the Politburo and the Secretariat have decided to accelerate the progress of restructuring the apparatus and administrative units one month earlier than planned. There is not much time left but the workload is very large, he suggested that the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee should continue to lead and direct the implementation of a number of key tasks.

Firstly, focus on reviewing tasks and work according to the Central Steering Committee's Plan, developing plans and assigning specific tasks; clearly defining work content and completion time to ensure timeliness, synchronization and unity; well preparing conditions to complete the new district and commune level activities that have just come into operation from July 1.

Second, focus on leading and directing the preparation of Party congresses at the grassroots level, ensuring comprehensive quality in terms of documents, personnel, etc.

The new Party Committee's personnel plan must ensure the correct requirements, standards, conditions and pay attention to training young cadres, female cadres, ethnic minority cadres, science and technology cadres..., associated with the personnel plan for the leadership of the People's Council and People's Committee for the 2026 - 2031 term.

The Standing Committee of the Secretariat especially noted that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee must take direct and comprehensive responsibility for the implementation of personnel work and the contingent of cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Clearly define the role of cadres, and the cadre work determines the success or failure of all work. Choosing the right cadres will make everything effective and successful; choosing the wrong or incorrect cadres will lead to very serious consequences, possibly leading to failure. It is necessary to build a united and unified Party Committee for the common good.

Mr. Tran Cam Tu also requested to do a good job of information and propaganda to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Party Congress and the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Regarding the recommendations and proposals of Quang Nam province, the Standing Secretariat has acknowledged, accepted and will synthesize and fully report to the Politburo, the Secretariat and central agencies for research, direction, consideration, timely completion and adjustment of mechanisms and policies in accordance with practical requirements...

According to Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, the proposed personnel plan proposed by the Politburo and the Secretariat to appoint to participate in the Executive Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term and the 2025-2030 term is 75 people (Quang Nam 37, Da Nang 38); the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee includes 23 people (Quang Nam 13, Da Nang 10); key leadership positions include 6 people, ensuring compliance with Conclusion 150-KL/TW and Conclusion 154-KL/TW of the Politburo.
