At the Conference, Vietnam Social Security announced the decision to retire early for Mr. Vo Nam - Director of Binh Dinh Social Security from June 1, 2025 and the decisions on the transfer and appointment of the Director and Deputy Director of Social Security Region XXIII (Binh Dinh - Gia Lai ).

Specifically, the decision of the Director of Vietnam Social Security was announced on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Vu Manh Chu - Director of Kon Tum Provincial Social Security to hold the position of Director of Social Security Region XXIII from June 1, 2025. At the same time, the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Truong De, Dang Van Ly, Nguyen Van Thien (both Deputy Directors of Binh Dinh Provincial Social Security), Tran Ngoc Tuan, Nguyen Van Mau (both Deputy Directors of Gia Lai Provincial Social Security) to hold the position of Deputy Directors of Social Security Region XXIII from June 1, 2025.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoa - Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security emphasized that restructuring the organization and apparatus is an important political task to streamline the apparatus and improve management efficiency. The Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security requested the leaders of the Social Security Region XXIII to join hands to promote the achievements gained in recent years, continue to successfully direct and operate assigned targets and tasks, contributing to ensuring social security in the area; focus on overcoming difficulties, ensuring smooth and convenient settlement of work and administrative procedures for people; not to interrupt tasks, affecting the reputation of the Social Security sector, affecting the rights of the people.

Social Insurance of Region XXIII urgently works and assigns targets for developing voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants to collection service organizations in the area; promptly resolves retirement regimes for beneficiaries according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system, Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP.

The unit proactively coordinates closely with local Party committees and authorities; promptly reports and advises the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to gain leadership and direction in the process of implementing key tasks.

Receiving the direction and accepting the new task, on behalf of the collective leadership of Social Insurance Region XXIII, Mr. Vu Manh Chu - Director of Social Insurance Region XXIII expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership of Vietnam Social Insurance for their attention and trust in assigning this important responsibility. In the new position, I promise to continuously strive to study, practice, improve professional qualifications and political qualities; maintain moral qualities, promote the tradition of solidarity and responsibility, and together with the collective of civil servants and employees of Social Insurance Region XXIII, uphold the spirit of initiative, creativity and determination to complete the assigned targets and tasks.

On the same day, Director of Social Insurance Region XXIII Vu Manh Chu handed over decisions on the transfer and appointment of officials to manage professional departments of Social Insurance Region XXIII.
