On the evening of June 5, in Da Nang, the prestigious global culinary guide Michelin Guide announced the Michelin Guide 2025 List, honoring a total of 181 dining establishments.
Of these, 9 restaurants have achieved one Michelin Star, two Michelin Green Stars, 63 dining establishments have achieved Bib Gourmand award and 109 dining establishments have achieved Michelin Selected standard.

Michelin's anonymous appraisers independently evaluate restaurants according to worldwide standards, based on five criteria: food quality, culinary talent, flavor harmony, the chef's personality expressed through the dish, and the consistency of the dish over time and across the entire menu.
The restaurants selected by Michelin this year are expected by many to contribute to raising the position of Vietnamese cuisine and tourism on the international map.
The Michelin Guide currently lists restaurants in more than 40 countries and territories. It was first launched in 1900 by the French tire company Michelin with a commitment to providing international visitors and local diners with the world's best restaurants, honoring cuisine and promoting tourism.
Mr. Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of Michelin Guide, said he is proud to witness the remarkable development of Vietnamese cuisine, where chefs combine traditional values and modern techniques to tell their cultural story.
