Improve skills in applying AI tools to business and customer care

(ABO) On the morning of June 5, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion under the Department of Industry and Trade of Tien Giang province coordinated with the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics to organize the Opening Ceremony of the Business Skills and Customer Care Training Course with the theme "Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in 2025" for more than 70 students who are enterprises and cooperatives in the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the course, the Deputy Director of the Tien Giang Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion emphasized that we are living in the era of digital transformation, where AI is no longer a concept but has been and is deeply present in all areas of life - from production, education, healthcare to trade, services and management. Especially in the field of business and customer care, AI is not only a support tool, but also a platform to synthesize and provide strategic suggestions to create competitive advantages, thereby optimizing costs, time and human resources.

The course takes place over 2 days (June 5 and 6), with the guidance of experienced instructors, students will be equipped with knowledge about AI, tools and platforms that are commonly used today, as well as methods for direct application to work, from smart customer care, data management, marketing content creation, to business process optimization.

Specifically, students will be introduced to the following contents: Overview of AI systems and the market of end-user services; AI conversation skills; instructions on how to use AI Chatbot tools applied to content creation, report writing, meeting notes, foreign language learning, translation, image creation, audio and video communication...

At the same time, this is an opportunity for students to connect, share, learn from each other, expand relationships, seek opportunities for cooperation and development.
