Hanoi , Hung Yen, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Tuyen Quang all kept the price at 69,000 VND/kg - the most common price in the whole region.

Stable supply and stable purchasing power from the consumer market are factors that help this area maintain a relatively stable price level.

The Central and Central Highlands regions continue to be stable, with no locality changing prices. The current price of live pigs ranges from 68,000 - 73,000 VND/kg.

Provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan, and Binh Thuan all kept the same price as yesterday.

Of which, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan continue to be the two localities with the highest prices in the region, reaching 73,000 VND/kg.

In the South, the live hog market has been in a sideways trend for many days. Provinces in the Southeast region such as Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau are currently maintaining the price of 73,000 VND/kg - the highest in the region.

In the Mekong Delta, localities such as Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh, Bac Lieu, and Kien Giang recorded stable prices around 72,000 VND/kg.

Ben Tre alone continues to maintain the lowest level in the region, fluctuating at 70,000 VND/kg, unchanged from the previous day.

The fact that the price of live pigs across the country has remained stable for two consecutive days shows that the market is entering a lull. This could be a stepping stone for a new adjustment in the coming time, depending on fluctuations in consumption demand, purchasing policies from processing enterprises, the ability to re-export live pigs to foreign markets, and disease developments and farming conditions.

Meanwhile, large livestock companies are still maintaining stable selling prices to control market sentiment and avoid causing unusual disruptions. If there are no sudden factors, pig prices are forecast to continue to move sideways in the short term.

Pork price today

The price of Meat Deli chilled pork from winmart.vn remains stable at around 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg. Currently, Meat Deli chilled pork products are being discounted by 20% under the preferential program for WinMart members.

Of which, pork belly is being sold at 163,122 VND/kg, the highest among the surveyed products. Next are lean pork and boneless pork leg, with prices of 157,520 VND/kg and 127,922 VND/kg respectively.

Pork prices at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company remained quiet this morning. Currently, pork products are sold at prices ranging from 89,000 - 190,000 VND/kg.

Of which, pork ribs, pork tails and pork belly currently have the highest prices among the products, reaching VND190,000/kg, VND176,000/kg and VND166,000/kg respectively. Following are two products, lean pork shoulder and pork ribs, with prices of VND136,000/kg and VND134,000/kg respectively.
