Rice prices today, November 19, 2025 in the Mekong Delta region fluctuated little.

Regarding rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, the current price of OM 18 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 5,600 - 5,700 VND/kg; the price of OM 5451 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 5,200 - 5,300 VND/kg; the price of IR 50404 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 5,100 - 5,200 VND/kg; the price of Dai Thom 8 fresh rice fluctuates at 5,600 - 5,700 VND/kg, compared to yesterday.

In many localities today, the source of rice harvested at the end of the field is still low, buying and selling transactions are sporadic, prices are stable. In An Giang , new purchase demand is weak, fragrant rice is still low in Hon Dat area and coastal fields, prices are stable.

In Dong Thap, Can Tho , Vinh Long, buying and selling transactions are weak, rice prices fluctuate little. In Tay Ninh, many fields are empty, traders do not ask to buy many new rice, prices are relatively stable.

Similar to rice, according to updates from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province and Lua Gao Viet, currently Dai Thom 8 rice fluctuates at 8,600 - 8,900 VND/kg; OM 380 raw rice fluctuates at 7,200 - 7,300 VND/kg; Soc Det raw rice fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg; IR 504 raw rice fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,700 VND/kg; OM 5451 raw rice fluctuates at 7,950 - 8,100 VND/kg; CL 555 raw rice fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg; OM 18 raw rice fluctuates at 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuated at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

In Lap Vo, Sa Dec (Dong Thap), the quantity is small, the price of rice of all kinds fluctuates little. In An Cu - Dong Thap, the buying and selling transactions are slow, the price of rice of all kinds is relatively stable.

At retail markets, the prices of all types of rice remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND11,000 - 12,000/kg; Huong Lai rice at VND22,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000 - 22,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice at VND21,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice at VND20,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND17,000 - 18,000/kg; common white rice at VND16,000/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at VND16,000 - 17,000/kg; Soc Thai rice at VND20,000/kg; Japanese rice at VND22,000/kg.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), the current price of 5% broken fragrant rice ranges from 415 to 430 USD/ton; 100% broken rice ranges from 314 to 317 USD/ton; and Jasmine rice ranges from 478 to 482 USD/ton.
