Regarding rice, according to updates from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province and Lua Rice Viet, currently the price of Soc Det raw rice for export fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg; IR 504 raw rice for export fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,700 VND/kg; OM 5451 raw rice for export fluctuates at 7,950 - 8,100 VND/kg; CL 555 raw rice for export fluctuates at 7,600 - 7,800 VND/kg; OM 18 raw rice for export fluctuates at 8,500 - 8,600 VND/kg; OM 380 raw rice for export fluctuates at 7,800 - 7,900 VND/kg; OM 380 finished rice fluctuates at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuated at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg compared to the weekend.

Regarding by-products, the prices of by-products fluctuate from 7,100 - 10,000 VND/kg. Currently, broken rice 3,4 fluctuates at 7,100 - 7,200 VND/kg; bran price fluctuates at 9,000 - 10,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Recorded in localities today, ceiling trading is quiet, rice of all kinds fluctuates little. In An Giang , white rice trading is still slow, few warehouses buy, rice prices of all kinds are stable.

In Lap Vo, Sa Dec ( Dong Thap ), the quantity is small, large warehouses buy slowly, prices are stable. In An Cu - Dong Thap, buying and selling transactions are sporadic, prices of all types of rice fluctuate little.

At retail markets, the prices of rice of all kinds remained the same compared to yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of 28,000 VND/kg; regular rice fluctuates at 11,000 - 12,000 VND/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000 VND/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice is at 21,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 20,000 VND/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at 17,000 - 18,000 VND/kg; common white rice is at 16,000 VND/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at 16,000 - 17,000 VND/kg; Soc Thai rice is 20,000 VND/kg; Japanese rice is 22,000 VND/kg.

In many localities today, there is little remaining harvested rice, weak demand, and stable prices. In Tay Ninh, many fields are still unharvested, with little new demand and little price fluctuation. In An Giang, Can Tho, Dong Thap, and Vinh Long, there is little remaining fresh rice at the end of the field, and new buying and selling transactions are sparse, and rice prices are stable.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to the beginning of the week. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), the current price of 5% broken fragrant rice ranges from 415 to 430 USD/ton; 100% broken rice ranges from 314 to 317 USD/ton; and Jasmine rice ranges from 478 to 482 USD/ton.
