Regarding rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, the current price of Dai Thom 8 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 6,500 - 6,650 VND/kg; the price of OM 18 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 6,500 - 6,600 VND/kg; the price of IR 50404 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 5,500 - 5,700 VND/kg; the price of OM 5451 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 5,800 - 6,000 VND/kg; OM 380 rice (fresh) fluctuates at 5,200 - 5,400 VND/kg; and Nang Hoa 9 rice is at 6,300 - 6,500 VND/kg.

In many localities today, buying and selling transactions are steady. In An Giang, new buying and selling transactions are steady, fragrant rice prices are increasing. In Soc Trang , the supply is quite good, farmers are offering fragrant rice for sale at an upward trend.

In Dong Thap, fragrant rice farmers keep high prices, buying and selling transactions are regular, prices fluctuate little. In Kien Giang , the winter-spring rice area is still sparse, most of the rice area has been deposited, rice prices are stable.

Similarly, with rice, according to an update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, currently, IR 504 raw rice has decreased by 150 VND/kg, fluctuating at 7,750 - 7,950 VND/kg; OM 380 raw rice has decreased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 7,650 - 7,750 VND/kg; 5451 raw rice has fluctuated at 8,600 - 8,750 VND/kg; OM 380 finished rice has fluctuated at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice has fluctuated at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg.

As for by-products, the price of by-products ranges from 6,600 - 10,000 VND/kg. Currently, broken rice 3-4 ranges from 6,600 - 6,700 VND/kg; bran price ranges from 9,000 - 10,000 VND/kg.

Recorded in localities today, the quantity is quite good, the price of all types of rice fluctuates little. In An Giang, the quantity is quite good, warehouses buy fragrant rice regularly, the price is relatively stable. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND15,000-16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000-22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND18,000-20,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice 22,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 21,000/kg; common white rice 17,000/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at VND18,000/kg; Soc Thai rice 21,000/kg; Japanese rice 22,000/kg.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices today remained unchanged compared to the weekend. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 397 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 369 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 313 USD/ton.
