Located in the west of Quang Ngai province (formerly Kon Tum ), where the cool climate, fertile land and long-standing farming traditions of ethnic minorities converge, Tay Nguyen Herbal Medicine Company Limited (DATO) not only preserves but also spreads the indigenous quintessence.
Accompanying hundreds of farming households on the slopes of Ngoc Linh mountain, the company has selected and developed typical products - each product carries a story of sustainability, livelihood and belief in the peace of nature, while also affirming the company's commitment in the journey of developing a green economy , elevating OCOP products and accompanying local farmers to build sustainable livelihoods.
Sharing with Nhan Dan Newspaper, Director and Founder of the company Luong Thi My Hue said, we are lucky to have the support of the Vietnam Women's Union at all levels from the central to local levels.

According to Luong Thi My Hue, agencies and departments from district to province have regularly encouraged, promoted and supported businesses throughout the process of product development, building business models, branding, consulting, legal support as well as finding capital sources.

If in 2022, there were less than 20 ethnic minority women's households with about 80-100 workers participating in the chain with the Company to build raw material areas, the average income of each person was 25 million VND/year, then up to now, we have 350 ethnic minority women's households with nearly 1,000 workers participating in the chain with the Company to build raw material areas, the average income of each person is about 40 million VND/year...
