Pork prices today continue to remain stable at the WinMart store system. Of which, pork belly is being sold at 163,122 VND/kg, the highest among the surveyed products.

According to a survey on the morning of May 12, the price of Meat Deli chilled pork from winmart.vn is still stable at around 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg and is being discounted by 20% under the preferential program for WinMart members.

Of which, pork belly is currently priced at 163,122 VND/kg, the highest among the products here. Next are lean pork and boneless pork leg, with prices of 157,520 VND/kg and 127,922 VND/kg respectively.

Pork prices at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company continued to move sideways this morning. Currently, pork products are sold at around 85,000 - 181,000 VND/kg.

Baby back ribs still hold the highest price among pork products at Ha Hien, at VND181,000/kg. Following are pig tails, which are being sold at VND168,000/kg, and pork belly, which is priced at VND159,000/kg.

This morning, the Northern live hog market recorded a continued sideways trend, maintaining prices from 67,000 - 68,000 VND/kg. In particular, apart from Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam and Ninh Binh purchasing live hogs at 67,000 VND/kg, the price of live hogs in the remaining provinces in the region reached 68,000 VND/kg.

The Central Highlands region recorded a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg in live pigs in Dak Lak and Binh Thuan , reaching 72,000 VND/kg, the same price as Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan. Accordingly, traders in this region are purchasing live pigs at prices ranging from 67,000 - 72,000 VND/kg.

The southern live pig market also recorded a price drop in Long An , down to 74,000 VND/kg. Thus, the 75,000 VND/kg price has disappeared from the market. Currently, live pigs in this area have a selling price ranging from 73,000 - 75,000 VND/kg.

A survey early this week showed that live hog prices have slightly dropped in some provinces in the South and South Central regions. Accordingly, the price of live hogs nationwide is currently fluctuating from 67,000 - 74,000 VND/kg.
