Gasoline prices increase from this afternoon (January 16)

ANTD.VN - Domestic gasoline prices continue to increase from 3:00 p.m. today. This is the third consecutive price increase in January 2025.

Gasoline prices continue to rise sharply

In this period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance increased by 319 VND/liter for E5RON92 gasoline and increased by 201 VND/liter for RON95-III gasoline. The new prices for each type of gasoline are 20,750 VND/liter and 21,220 VND/liter, respectively.

Prices of petroleum products increased more strongly. Diesel 0.05S increased by 539 VND/liter, to 19,782 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 462 VND/liter, to 19,706 VND/liter.

Mazut oil 180 CST 3.5 S increased sharply, by 999 VND/kg, to 17,181 VND/kg.

This is the third consecutive increase in gasoline prices in January 2025. Compared to the same period last year, each liter of gasoline is 690 VND lower, and each liter of oil is 310 VND higher. The continuous increase in gasoline prices during Tet is expected to put pressure on the prices of goods during Tet.
