According to a consultant at a Volkswagen dealership, the two Viloran and Teramont X models will be subject to a new price policy with an increase of VND100-110 million. Specifically: Volkswagen Viloran Premium will increase by VND99 million, from VND1.989 billion to VND2.088 billion. Volkswagen Viloran Luxury will increase by VND100 million, from VND2.188 billion to VND2.288 billion.
Meanwhile, the price list of Volkswagen Viloran has changed in the highest-end version. Accordingly, Volkswagen Teramont X Platinum increased by 110 million VND, from 2.168 billion VND to 2.278 billion VND. The Luxury version still retains the old price (1.998 billion VND).

The new price will be applied to the 2025 production series. However, Volkswagen Vietnam has not confirmed the above information. On the official website, the prices of Volkswagen Viloran and Teramont X have not changed.
Despite the price increase information, customers still have the option to save hundreds of millions of dong if they choose an older model car. It is known that Volkswagen Teramont X VIN 2024 is being supported with 50% of the registration fee. There are not many cars left in stock at the dealer, the selling price is softer while the equipment between the 2024 and 2025 cars is no different.
According to data released by Volkswagen, Volkswagen Viloran sales reached nearly 2,000 vehicles in 2024, accounting for two-thirds of Volkswagen Vietnam's total sales of nearly 3,000 vehicles.

In recent years, Viloran has become the German car company's flagship model in the Vietnamese market due to being chosen by many famous customers.
In Vietnam, Volkswagen Viloran has no competitors in the same price range. Kia Carnival is in the same segment but has a much lower price (from 1.299 billion to 1.849 billion VND). In contrast, another competitor, Mercedes-Benz V-Class, has a much higher price, up to 3.759 billion VND.
Volkswagen Viloran has a rich equipment list including: 10.3-inch screen behind the steering wheel, 3-zone independent air conditioning, 12-inch central screen with wireless Apple CarPlay connection, electronic gear lever, electronic parking brake, business-class rear seats with armrests, panoramic sunroof, footrests, integrated heating, cooling and massage...
The car uses a 2.0L gasoline engine, producing 220 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The above engine block is combined with a 7-speed gearbox and front-wheel drive system.
Teramont X is considered another option besides Viloran because it has the same price range, similar equipment but is a 5-seat SUV/crossover, sporty design. Teramont X uses the same 2.0L engine as Viloran but combined with 4-wheel drive.
