Chairman of Ben Luc District Labor Federation - Nguyen Van Thanh said: The district Labor Federation strengthens the grasp of the situation of workers through grassroots trade union officials and trade union groups in companies to provide appropriate advice and propaganda.

Accordingly, the District Labor Federation directed grassroots unions to join with enterprises to encourage workers to strictly follow regulations and production processes, ensure labor safety and hygiene , and maintain regular health check-ups for workers according to regulations.

To promptly grasp information and activities related to workers, the District Labor Federation organizes meetings, dialogues, etc., thereby creating a space for exchange and communication between leaders at all levels and grassroots union officials.

In addition, the District Labor Federation maintains an effective two-way information channel between the core force and the District Labor Federation to provide information and grasp public opinion among workers.

Through this information channel, union group leaders promptly report complex incidents and disputes that may affect security and order in businesses and companies.

The District Labor Federation also promoted the dissemination of new points of the 2024 Labor Law, new regulations on maternity leave for male workers from 2025, the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene, crime prevention and control in the new situation, etc.

According to statistics, in 2024 and the first 3 months of 2025, the District Labor Federation consulted 7,200 workers through direct contact, fanpage, and Zalo.

In addition, through fanpage, Zalo OA, the District Labor Union has published many articles promoting policies with more than 867,000 people accessing, sharing and interacting./.
