Attending the congress were Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy General Director of Agribank, Head of Working Group No. 11 of the Agribank Party Committee - Le Hong Phuc; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Chong; Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch Region 13 - Le Thi My Hien and 177 party members from 16 party cells under the Agribank Party Committee - Long An Provincial Branch.

Agribank Long An Branch is a type I branch, playing an important role in the Agribank system. During the past term, under the close leadership of the Party Committees at all levels, the Party Committee of Agribank Long An Branch has achieved many proud achievements.

The branch is honored to achieve the first position in the whole system in 2020, 2021, 2023; second in the whole system and first in the financial subject in 2022; and is one of the units with an income fund of over 1,000 billion VND in 2023.

The Party Committee has led the unit to effectively manage and operate planning and business targets, build a reasonable incentive mechanism, motivate branches to complete plans, and improve discipline and responsibility of leaders.

The branch also successfully organized 2 competitions "Excellent Credit Officer" and "Excellent Teller" at the branch level, sent staff to participate in national competitions and achieved encouraging results with 1 Fourth Prize and 2 Encouragement Prizes for credit officers, and 3 Encouragement Prizes for tellers.

The Party development work was also given special attention by the Branch Party Committee, admitting 32 Party members during the past term, completing the assigned target.

Besides business activities, Agribank Long An Branch also actively carries out social security work with a total amount of more than 18 billion VND.

Regarding the direction for the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Long An Branch set out a number of key targets: Regarding the work of building the Party organization and political system, the Party Committee is classified as having completed its tasks well or better; Admitting at least 12 Party members during the term; The leaders of the Trade Union and Youth Union fulfill their functions and tasks well, promote the role of each organization well and annually achieve the classification of having completed their tasks well or better.

Regarding leadership in implementing political tasks: Mobilized capital grows on average from 7% - 9%. Outstanding loans grow on average from 9% - 11%. Bad debt is under 1% of total outstanding loans,... other ratios ensure the plan assigned by Agribank.
