Assigning targets for new rural construction in 2025

Accordingly, the province strives to have 2 more communes meeting new rural standards by the end of 2025, out of a total of 4 registered communes including: Phong Phu (Tuy Phong), Thuan Hoa (Ham Thuan Bac), Tan Thang (Ham Tan) and La Ngau (Tanh Linh). At the same time, there will be 4 more communes meeting advanced new rural standards, from 14 registered communes across the province including: Phuoc The (Tuy Phong), Hoa Thang and Hong Phong (Bac Binh), Thien Nghiep (Phan Thiet City), Hong Son and Ham Phu (Ham Thuan Bac), Tan Binh (La Gi town), Tan Xuan (Ham Tan), Gia An (Tanh Linh), Da Kai and Duc Tin (Duc Linh), Tam Thanh, Long Hai and Ngu Phung (Phu Quy).

The province aims to have 6 more communes meeting the model new rural standards out of a total of 8 registered communes, including: Ham Liem (Ham Thuan Bac), Ham Minh (Ham Thuan Nam), Tan Duc (Ham Tan), Tan Phuoc (La Gi town), Bac Ruong (Tanh Linh), Tan Ha and Duc Hanh (Duc Linh), Tam Thanh (Phu Quy).

At the district level, the province strives to have 3 more units meeting new rural standards, completing the task of building new rural areas including: Tanh Linh district, La Gi town and Phan Thiet city. At the same time, there is 1 unit meeting the advanced new rural district standards, Duc Linh.

The Provincial People's Committee requests localities and relevant departments and branches to clearly assign responsibilities to each collective and individual; seriously review and overcome shortcomings and limitations in the implementation process. Departments and branches assigned to be in charge of the area need to proactively coordinate with localities to inspect, urge and guide the implementation of the program on schedule, ensuring effectiveness and sustainability.
