Service workshop expands, "you can see VinFast in every province"

VinFast is accelerating the expansion of its service workshop system with an increasingly large scale, covering all provinces and cities. In just a short time, VinFast's service workshop network has increased from more than 110 points to about 330 workshops nationwide and is aiming for 400 workshops in 2025.

Mr. Thanh Hoang, a VF 6 owner in Ho Chi Minh City, said that the growing number of service workshops helps him save time and effort whenever needed. Not only in big cities, but also in his trips to many localities, he noticed that the number of service workshops is also increasing rapidly.

"I see the VinFast factory in every province I drive to, it makes me feel secure ," he said.

Along with expanding the number of workshops, VinFast also expanded the team of technicians, which is the core factor that determines the quality of a car service workshop. As evidence, recently, to meet the speed of expanding the business network and service workshops nationwide, VinFast has implemented a large-scale "Recruitment and Training of Technicians" program, including 2,000 electric car technicians and 1,200 electric motorbike technicians.

According to the plan, VinFast intends to train an average of 500 technicians/month to ensure human resources for existing service workshops and be ready to meet the needs of new facilities that are currently being expanded.

Free up time for car owners with a series of rare services

Not only expanding in workshop coverage and personnel, VinFast's after-sales experience is also rated 5 stars by many car owners.

Accordingly, since the launch of VinFast's first car model, customers have been supported by the Vietnamese car company with free 24/7 rescue services. Many car owners consider this a "big plus" when choosing Vietnamese electric cars, VinFast's service helps them feel secure in using electric cars without worry.

In particular, more and more new services and experiences are being added by the Vietnamese car company to meet the needs of users. For example, currently, customers who come to VinFast workshops for maintenance can experience the "rare on the market" home delivery service. Many users said that they only need to make an appointment via the phone application or call the hotline, the workshop will come to pick up the car and deliver it to them after completion.

"I'm busy with work all day, so it's hard to find time to bring my car to the garage. Now I can make an appointment and they will come to my house to pick up the car and bring it back, which is much more convenient," said Mr. Vu Viet Thanh, a VF 8 owner in Hanoi .

Mr. Thanh said that if the repair time exceeds the commitment, VinFast will support him with 500,000 VND/day - a rare compensation level in the automobile industry in Vietnam. Many users also said that these services help them "free up time", significantly reducing the inconvenience of taking their cars for maintenance and repair.

In addition, the Vietnamese car company also offers a policy of lending cars for transportation during the waiting period in many specific cases. Mr. Ho Ngoc Tung ( Quang Nam ) recounted the experience of bringing his VF 5 for maintenance, he was given a VF 7 shipped from Hanoi to use during the waiting period. "Not only is it under warranty, but you also have the opportunity to experience a car in a higher segment, all costs of use, battery charging, rescue... are completely free," he excitedly said.

The dedication and respect for customers are also the feelings of many car owners with VinFast's after-sales service. Mr. Pham Thanh Dong, a member of the global VinFast community, shared that when he brought his VF 8 car for warranty because the V-shaped light did not light up, the service workshop quickly replaced the entire electrical system worth about 35 million VND. "The car was cleaned and the battery was more than 95% charged. I signed exactly 2 signatures and drove the car home," Mr. Dong recounted.

These experiences are creating a sense of security for many people considering buying electric cars. Mr. Phan Van Manh (Hanoi) said that after a period of research, he decided to choose VF 9 in 2025. For him, buying a car is not just a normal purchase transaction but also a companion with a car company throughout the usage process. "The car price is good, and after-sales service is increasingly improved. This is the right time to invest in electric cars," he said.

Real stories from car owners show that after-sales policies are clearly effective in creating a community of users who are loyal to VinFast for a long time.
