On April 4, the City Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Employment Service Center organized the final round and awarded prizes for the 4th "Incubator" Contest - 2025.
The final round had the participation of 20 contestants from 17preschools in the form of artistic talent and situational response.
After many challenging rounds, contestant Pham Ngoc Bich Tram, teacher of Be Yeu Kindergarten (Binh Chanh district) won first prize, received a Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, a trophy and a prize worth 8 million VND.
Second prize was awarded to contestant Lai Bich Ngoc Ngan from Bong Hong Kindergarten and Third prize was awarded to contestant Nguyen Ngoc Lien Hoa from Viet My Kindergarten.

In addition, the organizing committee also awarded a collective prize to Viet My Kindergarten (District 11), the unit with the largest number of teachers participating in the competition.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Cuong, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Employment Service Center, said the contest is an opportunity to honor the preschool teaching profession, affirming the noble role of preschool teaching in the education career. Notably, this is also the year with the largest number of contestants in the past 4 years.
The new point of this year's contest is to increase the application of information technology, promote digital transformation in the organization method, organize experiential activities, and train 2 topics including "Accessing children's rights in preschool education" and "Training in complementary vocational skills".
