GOLF VILLAS CLUBHOUSE 5.5 – 90% COMPLETED, READY TO OPERATE ON APRIL 30

The second clubhouse in the Golf Villas subdivision, which is also the 6th clubhouse at NovaWorld Phan Thiet, is being rushed to complete the final items, ready to be put into operation on the occasion of the April 30th holiday, serving residents and tourists during the peak summer tourist season of 2025.

The project is now 90% complete. The main functional areas such as the relaxation cafe area, event space and swimming pool… have completed the structure according to the approved design.
