Can I get a scholarship to study in the US with a GPA of 8.0?

With an average score of 8.0, can I get a scholarship to study in the US and what else do I need to try?

I want to apply for a scholarship to study in the US but I am confused about my GPA, IELTS, SAT and essay. My high school GPA is only 8.0, IELTS is 7.5, and I have not taken the SAT yet.

Can those of you who have received full or 75% scholarships share a few things about the role of GPA, IELTS, and SAT scores?

With the above GPA, do I have a chance to get a scholarship? Should I try to improve my SAT score or focus on the essay? I hope everyone can advise me.
