Deeply moved by the General Secretary's thoughtfulness and generous gift, the Director of Quan Ba ​​District General Hospital, Dr. Vu Van Giang, shared: “Quan Ba ​​District General Hospital is a Grade II hospital, built in 1999. Currently, the hospital has a capacity of 130 beds, but nearly 200 are in use. Over time, some facilities have deteriorated, lacking functionality and failing to adequately meet the needs of patient examination and treatment.
