According to information from the Hanoi Department of Health , currently 23/26 medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of the Hanoi Department of Health are qualified to examine and issue health certificates for drivers and have successfully connected data on health certificates for drivers to the Health Insurance (HI) Assessment Portal to perform online public services.

On March 30, Hanoi Department of Health issued Official Dispatch No. 1297/SYT-KHTC to the City Social Insurance; Department of Transport; Department of Information and Communications;
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities on the announcement of the list of medical examination and treatment facilities that have successfully connected data of Driver's Health Examination Certificates to the Health Insurance Assessment Portal to perform online public services.
Accordingly, as of March 25, 23/26 medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of the Hanoi Department of Health that are qualified to examine and issue health certificates for drivers have successfully connected data on health certificates for drivers to the Health Insurance Assessment Portal to perform online public services.
23 driver health examination facilities have successfully connected driver health examination data to the Health Insurance Assessment Portal, including: Ha Dong General Hospital; Bac Thang Long Hospital; Duc Giang General Hospital; Ba Vi District Hospital; An Viet General Hospital; Hoe Nhai Hospital; Bac Ha International General Hospital; Gia Lam District Hospital; Hoai Duc District Hospital; Medlatec General Hospital; Thang Long Private General Hospital;
Thanh Chan International General Clinic; Trang An Private General Hospital; Son Tay General Hospital; Dong Da General Hospital; Viet Han General Clinic; YKAO General Clinic; An Dat International General Clinic; Viet Nga International General Clinic; Tay Ho General Clinic; 5-star General Clinic; Yen Hoa General Clinic; SBB General Clinic.
Up to now, the units have connected nearly 6,000 driver health certificates to the Health Insurance Assessment Portal.
Currently, there are 3 units that have not connected driver health examination data, including: Xanh Pon General Hospital (has not performed examinations due to lack of chemicals);
Phuong Dong General Hospital (no digital signature yet); General clinic under Sun Medical Vietnam General Hospital Joint Stock Company (unable to register for an inter-connected account due to no medical examination and treatment code).
Hanoi Department of Health requested these 3 units based on their functions and tasks to urgently ensure equipment and chemicals to connect data to the Health Insurance Assessment Portal according to the instructions and directions of the Ministry of Health and the Department of Health.
Previously, on January 6, 2022, the Prime Minister signed and issued Decision No. 06/QD-TTg approving the Project "Developing population data applications, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030" (referred to as Project 06).
In Project 06, the Ministry of Health is assigned the task of connecting industry databases with population databases, especially connecting data serving online public service groups on the national population database platform, including: Connecting data on birth certificates, death certificates, and driver's health certificates issued at medical examination and treatment facilities.
According to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, from January 1, 2023, all medical examination and treatment facilities that are declared eligible to conduct driver health examinations must deploy data connectivity for driver health examinations.
