It is expected that from June 9, the multiple-choice test marking will be carried out until June 22. The essay test marking will take place from June 11. This is the first year that the announcement of exam scores and benchmark scores is done at the same time, contributing to reducing the waiting pressure for candidates.
Candidates needing to have their scores reviewed must submit their applications from July 4 to 10.
On the evening of June 9, the High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences , University of Natural Sciences, Vietnam National University, Hanoi announced the benchmark scores for the 10th grade entrance exam in 2025.
Accordingly, the benchmark scores for specialized classes are as follows:
Math class: 19.5 points
Computer science class (math exam): 19.5 points
Computer Science Class (computer science exam): 19.5 points
Physics class: 17 points
Chemistry class: 17 points
Biology class: 17 points.
The admission score is the total score of the first round math subject (must be 4.0 points or higher and multiplied by a coefficient of 1) plus the score of the specialized subject (must be 4.0 points or higher and multiplied by a coefficient of 2).
Literature and English scores are not counted towards the admission score but must meet the requirement of 4.0 or higher.
