Vice Chairman of Dong Da District People's Committee Ha Anh Tuan said that recently, the Government and the city have focused on perfecting mechanisms and policies to support the renovation of old apartment buildings. In particular, Decree 69/ND-CP of the Government has been issued to review and remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. Dong Da District has 12 large apartment buildings with 507 apartment buildings, the area with the largest proportion, accounting for 30% of the city's old apartment buildings. According to the decentralization, Dong Da District organizes the implementation of the planning project and then reports to the departments, branches, and the City for approval. Dong Da District is simultaneously performing the task of inspecting, evaluating, and establishing a detailed planning project for the renovation and reconstruction of the apartment building.

Representatives of Dong Da district departments received and directly responded to people's opinions at the conference, and said they would request and supervise the consulting unit during the planning project preparation process, meeting practical needs, improving the efficiency and practicality of the project, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
