This is a practical activity to implement Plan No. 345-KH/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee on organizing the ceremony to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the city's decisions on the implementation of the organization of commune-level administrative units; at the same time, implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Kim Lien Ward Party Committee on the renovation, arrangement, and general environmental sanitation of the entire area, ensuring spaciousness, cleanliness, and meeting the requirements of operating under the two-level local government model.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Kim Lien Ward mobilized all resources, divided into many working groups to synchronously implement tasks. Many officers and civil servants of the ward participated in the general cleaning at the People's Committee headquarters, offices, and conference halls; at the same time, rearranged the working space to be neat, tidy, friendly, effectively serving people and organizations coming to do transactions...
This morning (June 29), to ensure good environmental sanitation in the area, women's union members, youth union members and representatives of residential groups actively participated in environmental sanitation, sweeping along the main roads in the area, contributing to the city's "Green - Clean - Beautiful" movement, welcoming the announcement ceremony of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the city's decisions on the implementation of organizing commune-level administrative units.
Participating in the general cleaning, Ms. Vuong Thanh Binh, Head of Women's Association Branch No. 7 shared: "These days, we see the joyful and excited atmosphere in every alley. We all support this merger. Since 6am this morning, the ward's women's association members have been cleaning up the environment, beautifying the landscape, and welcoming the big festival."
According to the President of Dong Da District Labor Federation Le Kim Hue (expected to be Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Kim Lien Ward People's Committee), the launching activity not only demonstrates the determination of the new Kim Lien Ward government in building a spacious and orderly administrative face but also contributes to spreading the spirit of responsibility and community awareness in building a green - clean - beautiful and civilized living environment.
From July 1, 2025, the new Kim Lien ward will officially come into operation, serving the people under the two-level local government model. This is an important step in the process of arranging administrative units according to the policy of the central government and the city, contributing to perfecting the organizational apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the area.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hong, the caretaker of the Uncle Ho Memorial House and the Martyrs' Monument of Kim Lien Ward, expressed his agreement and great expectations: "As a local resident, I always follow and fully support the policy of building a two-level local government model that the city is implementing. This is a correct and timely policy, for the long-term benefit of the people. I believe that the new Kim Lien Ward will continue to develop richly, beautifully and civilly."
