On March 23, Tay Ho District Police ( Hanoi City) said that the unit had just returned a motorbike to a resident who had left it in the district.
According to authorities, on the night of March 19, while on patrol to ensure security and order in the area, the Nhat Tan Ward Police working group discovered an ownerless motorbike with license plate 29AA-729.40 at Lac Long Quan flower garden.
Determining that this could be a lost or forgotten vehicle, the task force brought the property to headquarters to verify and widely notify the public.

By noon on March 20, Nhat Tan Ward Police identified the owner of the car as Mr. Han Le Quan (residing in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi). This man then went to the ward police headquarters to claim his property.
Working with the authorities, Mr. Quan said that on March 8, his niece, Chang Mai A. (17 years old), drove the car to go out with friends and left it at Lac Long Quan flower garden.
Receiving his property back, Mr. Quan expressed his deep gratitude to the officers and soldiers of Nhat Tan Police, and said that this was a meaningful action that contributed to building a good image of the police in the hearts of the people.
